Take me out to the . . . Re Re Re Remix

It literally to me FOOOREEVERRR to find this video. I saw it on ESPN on like wed 16th or thurs 17th of July and i started looking for it then. I found it a week later. . . FINALLY!!! I even had my friend Jennie from work searching for it, ha ha ha. but here it is, and I just love it! it makes me wanna get up and break it down!!!

BASEBALL FAN FOREVER!!!

Last night i went to go see my very first LIVE Baseball game. It was of the Idaho Falls Chuckars. Thanks to my friend Treavor having some free tickets to get rid of i was able to go and watch them hit some balls and make some AMAZING plays. The First photo is of my first view of the field as i got to the top of the bleachers. . . WOW!!! That's literally all i could say or think at the time that i first layed my eyes upon the field. I was able to get my picture taken with Charlie, the Chuckars' mascott. He is one funny bird. He really got into all of the action that went on within the game. When the Chuckars took the field for the first time i got goosebumps. I know i must sound like a retard, but it was so neat to actually be there in person watching this wonderful sport. Aboud every 2 innings they would have some sort of game that people from the crowd would participate in for a chance to win different prizes. Towards the end of the game they played a game of horse shoes. . . only this game of horse shoes consisted of a plunger nailed to a board and toilet seats. It was so funny, and it looked like a lot of fun too. Unfortuately, toilet seats dont fly too well so no one got a horse shoe. ha ha ha. During the 7th inning stretch, the whole crowd (including me) stood up and sang "Take Me Out To The Ball Game". It was really neat since i had never done that before. This was deffinately an experience i will NEVER forget. I am Hooked now, and that means i will have to go to more and more games in the VERY NEAR future.

A Water Adventure

Last Thursday i took reina on a walk by the portneuf river. its nothin too grand, but its exciting enough for the two of us. we went with some friends of mine: Linda (from work), her hubby, her daughter Beth, and Beth's hubby Alex (both of which are friends of mine.) we all had so much fun. they were probably having fun because of how goofy i was being about reina getting into the river. But, hey, what is a mom to do when her baby starts to have fun adventures.

This was such a fun day. i was so excited that she got into the river. every dog needs to let loose and have some fun out in the great outdoors. she has webbed feet, why not put them to use. he he he. we are gonna go again soon. she likes getting out and walking outside.

Movie "EduMAcating"

okay so some of you know that i recently signed up for NETFLIX. well. . . I LOVE IT!!! it is the best thing out there for movie renting. and if you know me you know that i need to be more educated in the movie area. the movie that came in the mail today was titled "How She Move". it is a hip-hop dance movie and it was really Really REALLY good. but you will all be glad to know that i watched it and dropped it in the mailbox already, there for that means i am now awaiting the arival of my third movie. . . PRETTY WOMAN. yes thats right, i have never seen that movie, and once i do the girls at work can stop hounding me about it. he he he. j/k its funny and i dont mind the hounding at all. well i will let ya all know how that goes as soon as i see it.

What is one to do???

Okay so what do you do when most of your friends are still in the "fling" staged of their life? I dont want a different guy every week, i am ready to find that special someone who give me butterflies. :-) but most of my friends just wanna go out to the bars and find guys to hook up with every weekend. i dont think im gonna meet "Prince Charming" in a bar. i dont know how to say all of this nicely and make it clear with out hurting someone's feelings. i like to have a good time, and yes i do let loose every now and then, but usually its not in a bar cuz then i have to leave my car all by itself while i catch a ride home. . . and i have ISSUES with doing that. im a bit attached to the car. he he he. so what happens when you find yourself at a little bit more mature stage in life than all of the friends around you??? i dont know what to do and im kinda struggling cuz i love all my girls dearly, but i just dont wanna do the whole immature boy games, and i have never been one who does those. advice would be helpful if you can think of any. thanks

an eventful weekend. . .

well this past weekend was pretty fun, for me anyways. i finally signed up for netflix and am looking forward to receiving my first movie TOMORROW!!! :-) i really needed to get educated in the movie area and i think this will be just the trick. also i went shopping with my friend lindsay down to idaho falls. i found THE CUTEST shoes and got some new shirts and stuff. okay okay. . . by "stuff" i mean i went on an UNDERWEAR EXTRAVEGANZA. he he he. Yes im a bit overly excited about it but it was fun. I also was able to find a lasar pointer that i plan to use with the dog to get her motivated on walks. ha ha ha. we have already played with it in the hous and she loves chasing it. so yes it was a great weekend. :-) but unfortunately it goes into a week that is going to be really hard. im going to start going to the gym 4-5 times a week. i always feel better when i go, but its getting it worked into the routine that the hard part. but i am optimistic that it should go pretty well. this is something that i HAVE to do . . . so wish me luck im gonna try to start tonight, no let me rephrase that. . . I WILL START TONIGHT!

My Idol!!!

my sister dances with dance factory, and her recital was on tuesday june 3rd. this was the first performance that i was able to make it too. they did two dances. she is one in silver next to the girl in red farthest to the right. its probably kind of hard to spot her but her whole group just looks so amazing. i get goosebumps just watching this video. she makes me so proud, and she probably doesnt know how much i look up to her. she is quite the mature young lady, and i love her with all of my hart. if i could just be half as good as her when i start hip hop this fall i will be satisfied. ha ha ha.

Happy Birthday Reina!!!

Today was Reina's 5th Birthday!!!! she's getting so big. time flies by so fast. I cant believe that she has been in my life for 5 years now. WOW. But i can deffinately say those have been the best five years of my life so far. hopefully there will be more to come. Well since she couldnt have her own cake i gave her some vanilla ice cream on a spoon, but only a couple spoon fulls because we are dieting. he he he.

Okay, Okay. . . So i spoil her just a bit. But she is an only child, so isnt that the rule when it comes to only children? he he he. here are all of her presents that she got for her birthday: a baseball, hammer, rope, pink basketball, football, stuffed baseball on a rope, and rawhide bones. all of the toys were mainly squeaky toys cuz she loves to make them squeak. she is so funny. And she couldnt wait to start chowin down on some of her bones.

Christmas of 2007

Reina couldn't wait to get to her bone. she didn't even give us time to take the plastic wrapper off. She was so cute.

Mysister and i received the same card, each from the other parents. mady got hers from mom i think and i got mine from dad. it was so funny. so according to our cards it looks like her and i made it on santa's naughty but nice list.

my mom got her VHS to DVD recorder that she has wanted for a while now. i love the look on her face as she is oppening this gift. its priceless.

Mysister and i got my dad an ipod because he was the only one in the family who didnt have one. . . well he does now! he will be so hip he wont know what to do. he he he.

everyone was so happy. we all had a lot of fun on this day.

The "Shopping" face

this picture was taken a couple of months ago. isn't she the cutest girl. i just love her. well the story behind the "shopping face" is that i use to take her with me to idaho falls to petco to go shopping before we got one here. and i would always ask her if she wanted to go shopping before we would go. so she learned the verb shopping very early. and still to this day when i say, "reina, do you want to go shopping?" she tilts her head and raises her eyebrows and looks at me as if to say, "well dummy, of course i want to go shopping!" it is the cutest thing. and thats what i had done in this picture, was ask her that question.
